Cadet Ministry

The Cadet Ministry in the Africa Inland Church (AIC) is a vibrant discipleship program designed to nurture young girls in their spiritual growth, character formation, and service to God. It is rooted in the vision of raising a generation of disciplined, Christ-centered young women who are grounded in Biblical truth and equipped for life and leadership.

The ministry provides a structured environment where cadets are taught to love God, understand His Word, and apply Christian principles in their daily lives. Through regular meetings, Bible study sessions, mentorship, worship, and fellowship, the cadets are guided to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ while growing in obedience, integrity, and humility.

Cadet Ministry also emphasizes discipline, responsibility, and leadership development. The girls are trained to respect authority, work together in unity, and serve within the church and community. This helps them become role models among their peers and within their families.

In addition to spiritual growth, the ministry includes practical life lessons such as moral decision-making, self-discipline, teamwork, and personal development. These lessons are designed to prepare the cadets not only for church service but also for their future roles in society as responsible and God-fearing women.
