Our Ministries
Cadet Ministry
The Cadet Ministry in the Africa Inland Church (AIC) is a vibrant discipleship program designed to nurture young girls in their spiritual growth, character formation, and service to God. It is rooted in the vision of raising a generation of disciplined, Christ-centered young women who are grounded in Biblical truth and equipped for life and leadership. The ministry provides a structured environment where cadets are taught to love God, understand His Word, and apply Christian principles in their daily lives. Through regular meetings, Bible study sessions, mentorship, worship, and fellowship, the cadets are guided to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ while growing in obedience, integrity, and humility. Cadet Ministry also emphasizes discipline, responsibility, and leadership development. The girls are trained to respect authority, work together in unity, and serve within the church and community. This helps them become role models among their peers and within their families. In addition to spiritual growth, the ministry includes practical life lessons such as moral decision-making, self-discipline, teamwork, and personal development. These lessons are designed to prepare the cadets not only for church service but also for their future roles in society as responsible and God-fearing women. The Cadet Ministry is therefore a key pillar in the church’s discipleship journey, complementing other ministries by focusing on nurturing young girls at a formative stage of life. It is a place of growth, encouragement, and transformation anchored on God’s Word. Guiding principle: “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” – Psalm 119:105
Battalion Ministry
The Battalion Ministry in the Africa Inland Church is a ministry dedicated to nurturing boys and young men into spiritually grounded, disciplined, responsible, and Christ-centered leaders. Rooted in biblical teachings and Christian discipleship, the ministry seeks to equip members with strong moral values, leadership skills, and a heart for serving God and the community. The Battalion Ministry focuses on holistic growth by encouraging spiritual development, personal discipline, teamwork, mentorship, and practical life skills. Through Bible study, prayer, evangelism, mentorship programs, conferences, camps, music, community outreach, and fellowship activities, members are empowered to live out their faith boldly and become positive role models in society. At AIC Machani, the Battalion Ministry serves as a platform where young men are mentored to grow in their relationship with God while discovering their purpose and talents. The ministry also promotes unity, accountability, integrity, and servant leadership in line with the mission of the Church and the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. Guided by Christian values and the teachings of Scripture, the Battalion Ministry continues to raise a generation of faithful men who are committed to worship, evangelism, service, and transforming their communities for the glory of God.
Discipleship ministry
This is dedicated to nurturing believers into mature followers of Jesus Christ through biblical teaching, mentorship, prayer, and intentional spiritual growth. The ministry exists to help individuals develop a deeper relationship with God, grow in faith, and live according to the teachings of Christ in their daily lives. Through Bible study groups, mentorship programs, prayer fellowships, training sessions, and one-on-one guidance, the ministry equips believers with spiritual knowledge and practical Christian living skills. Members are encouraged to grow in obedience to God’s Word, strengthen their prayer life, and become faithful witnesses of Christ within the church and the community. The ministry places great emphasis on building strong foundations in salvation, Christian character, leadership, service, and evangelism. It also helps new believers become grounded in their faith while encouraging long-time believers to continue growing spiritually and mentoring others. At AIC Machani, we believe that discipleship is a lifelong journey of becoming more like Christ. The Discipleship Ministry therefore seeks to raise committed believers who will impact families, workplaces, and communities through godly living, love, and faithful service to God. Our mission is to make disciples who know Christ, grow in Christ, and serve Christ wholeheartedly. “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…” – Matthew 28:19
